Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal you have the right to withdraw from your order within 90 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in this window.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply log in to your account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.

Order cancellations You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. After fulfillment, please use the return process above.

Outside the EU Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for unopened products, after consultation with DNH Customer Service. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. A restocking fee may apply.
