At Dutch Natural Healing, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped with UPS, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 16:00 (4:00 PM) CET on business days will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 16:00 (4:00 PM) CET will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Business Days

• Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 CET.

• Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of €60 or more qualify for free UPS Standard Shipping.

• Variable Rates: For orders under €60, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery Times

UPS delivery times depend on your shipping destination. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.

Exceptions

• During periods of high demand (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

• In case of delays caused by UPS or customs procedures (for international orders), Dutch Natural Healing cannot be held responsible.
