Use CBD Oil
CBD oil is a popular substance which is widely used by people who want to support their health or well-being in a natural way; and that could be for several reasons. You can find some of these later in this blog. The reason that there are so many different objectives why someone uses CBD oil, has to do with the function of the cannabinoid in the body.
After use, Cannabidiol (CBD) binds to receptors of the body's own endocannabinoid system (ECS). This communication network is responsible for regulating almost all of the processes in our body. And because CBD is able to communicate with this network, it can also influence all of these processes. In fact, the plant cannabinoid brings the necessary balance back to that system, so that your body is able to function like it should.

How do you use CBD oil?
Once you have figured out which product you are going to use. You naturally want to know how you use CBD oil. In general, CBD products are diluted with a carrier oil such as hemp seed oil. This can also be grapeseed oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Just to name a few examples. This oil makes the originally thick, unworkable CBD Paste, nice and liquid. This makes it easier to use and allows you to dose the CBD better.
To use CBD oil, you can often take a few drops of it under the tongue. The experienced consumer does this off-the-cuff, but this certainly requires some practice! If you are just starting out with CBD oil, it is recommended to use a mirror. This helps to aim and count the drops properly so that you do not take too much (or too little) unnecessarily. In addition, you can also drip CBD oil on a spoon or your hand to lick it off. Keep in mind that some CBD can remain on the spoon or hand. Use an extra drop every now and then to make up for that loss, if you prefer this method.
For convenience, you can also choose to add a spray cap when you order CBD oil. So that you don't have to drip at all, but simply spray the desired CBD dosage into the mouth. There are also other forms of CBD that are not dripped directly into the mouth. Things like CBD Paste, CBDactive+ (water soluble), Curcumin CBD, CBD Patches, CBD Nasal Spray and more.
When to use CBD?
Since you will not get a high or stoned effect from CBD oil, you can actually use it throughout the day. Depending on the symptoms and the desired result, some consumers already start using CBD in the morning. Others only use it in the afternoon, only to sleep better or when they experience an increase in their symptoms. This is very personal and can depend on your personal situation, chosen product and desired result. Contact us for more information about when you can use CBD oil.
