Health is Wealth

We are constantly chasing more.
A bigger house. A better position. More status. More possessions. More plans.
And as long as everything works, it feels logical.

Until it doesn’t.

The moment your health declines, everything changes.
When your body no longer cooperates, when your energy is drained or your mind isn’t clear anymore, only one desire remains: to feel better. Not more successful. Not richer. Just able to function again. To feel like yourself again.

Suddenly, the car doesn’t matter.
The title doesn’t matter.
And that long list of goals you were once so busy with fades into the background.

Health is not a bonus you “add on” when things are going well.
It is the foundation.
It determines whether you can work, think, enjoy, build, and connect. Without health, everything loses its weight. Everything.

The irony is that when we feel good, we chase a hundred different things, ambition, growth, performance. We take our energy for granted. Only when it disappears do we realize what truly holds value.

Health is wealth... not as a cliché, but as a reality.
Because real wealth isn’t about what you own, but about what you’re able to do.
Being able to move. To focus. To live without your body or mind holding you back.

That’s why health is not a goal in itself, but the condition for everything you find important.
Not because it sounds nice, but because it’s true.

And ultimately, it’s the only form of wealth that makes everything else possible.
